Shirley M. Grigsby is a highly experienced documentation and funding manager. She began her career in equipment leasing in 1972. For more than 20 years she was employed by Pacific Enterprises fka Pacific Lighting Corporation. During her tenure with Pacific Enterprises she managed a staff of eight documentation specialists. After Pacific Enterprises closed its financial services operation, she ventured into the private sector where she had the pleasure of working with leasing professionals at Charter Equipment Leasing, FirstCorp, Crocker Capital, and C2 Capital, LLC.

Shirley brings to her position a vast amount of experience and knowledge. Her ongoing goal is to properly document transactions to protect the Company’s and Lenders’ interest. Her experience and knowledge have gained her the respect of her counterparts as well as the staff of the many Lenders that she has worked with over the years. She is dedicated to providing a quality product and a level of customer service that far exceeds the normal expectations.

Shirley graduated from Los Angeles City College with an Associates of Arts Degree. The knowledge that she gained in preparing to become a Legal Secretary has been instrumental in the development of her expertise in the leasing industry.
